      Cons

      Management is not very good. Some managers can be very rude and unreasonable. Some managers bully staff. Must provide Dr. Note even if your sick for one day!

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
