Pros
I worked in one of the UK's biggest stores based in West London. There were 200+ employees (give or take) on rotation in store, but 99% of them were really lovely to work with. Pressured enviroment due to how busy it was, but store organisation and management were quite efficient in making the shopfloor work very well put together. My first retail job, helped me get further jobs in retail
Cons
Higher up management was irksome at times. With them going on several breaks at a time, as well spending long periods chatting doing nothing.
