      Pros

      -higher salary than similar jobs -could organize and switch turns with colleagues -employers discount (from the 3rd month) -meal vouchers -Young people to work with and new connections because of fast rotation of colleagues

      Cons

      -Stressful situations -No defence when clients do too much -Saturday and Sunday are (almost) always working days -often incapable colleagues -high request from the managers outside of the store

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
