Pros

Staff discount was okay & other sales assistants were nice.

Cons

The management was horrible, the staff were mistreated by the managers. SO MANY staff quit within a few months due to them not being treated well. I never felt comfortable expressing my thoughts and concerns to the managers due to their judgy attitude. The managers would change the schedule without notice and then claim we (sales assistants) didn't have the correct schedule to begin with and that we were at fault (constant lies). Very bad scheduling of staff, often there were only 2-3 sales assistants running the store while the managers would vanish into the backrooms. There was never freedom or understanding about taking time off, I had accrued over 2 whole weeks of holiday before leaving. Staff were made to feel guilty about requesting time off or adjusting their part time schedules weekly to match their education (eg exams, school etc) and were told 'your job is more important than your studies' even though the sales assistant staff were in the city TO STUDY not work at Zara.

Pros

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Cons

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
