Pros

Great to develop skills working in a fast paced retail environment. Great to work in visual to be able to freely be creative with merchandising to be able to increase sales Able to directly speak to head office and have an impact on product you store could receive. Great resources and tools, the company is very advanced.

Cons

Doesn't appreciate their staff. Head office expects the stores to work with minimal hours and even though the store made more money, they cut more hours expecting you to make more money with less hours. The sales floor is always a mess because of this. Managers are expected to open the store by themselves and go on break after the next manager comes in 6 hours later. Or alternatively close by themselves and could only go on their break after an hour before the opening manager leaves. Doesn't appreciate loyalty and hard work. Head office and HR are disrespectful and doesn't care what you have to say about being mistreated. Don't receive the proper training.

Pros

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Cons

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
