      Learned a lot about retail, working with diverse personality types Improved skills: multi tasking customer service

      Negative reinforcement by management Lacked structure; authoritative roles taken by untrained employees Chaotic/unorganized process of schedule being created and mapping out where on the floor employees would be located Not flexible - Was told to change my school schedule and give them more availability or quit

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
