Pros

Management is flexible with hours (of) and availability. A (Business) Casual environment, with no direct contact to customers. Working environment is clean and organized, with adequate- tangible and online resources to meet job requirements. Management is closely available, to provide assistance when needed. Productivity requirements are reachable (within ethic), resulting in opportunity for internal promotion to be exceptionally obtainable.

Cons

Call-center environment (for those opposed to taking/making calls), lack of supervisor support to, de-escalate irrate calls, Unpredictable termination, frequent request to alter work schedule, prolonged process to complete paperwork for any change of, or offered employment status. Early release days due to lack of demand/business, causing unstable pay on any given pay-period. Work-place Gossip and Slight favoritism amongst seasoned agent's.

Pros

The coworkers are the best. This is for the North Star location

Cons

Management. There is clearly favoritism. They don't want to help, they will yell at you and ask why aren't you moving fast enough. The GM doesn't do anything. Her only job is to "talk to the higher ups." She will yell at you if you speak Spanish and say English only. If you ever had an interview here some of you were judge by the way you looked. Quote from one of the managers "I didn't like the way they looked." Also, it's a problem when you talk to your coworkers when it slow.
