      Many locations and easy to transfer Good travel stipends/paid meals Gain experience as a buyer for your department

      Cons

      Poor employee discount Need to fit their mold (no visible tattoos) Managers have no say in merchandising/display of their departments/store Need to be fluent in Spanish if you ever really want to grow with the company Upper Management treated associates with little respect

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
