Pros
Managers are really nice and try to support you however they can. Coworkers are great and fun to work with. The employee discount is nice. There is room to grow within the company if you work hard, get on management's good side, and express interest in doing so.
Cons
The type of customers you encounter are going to be really nice or extremely rude -- and when I mean rude, I mean extremely entitled. The work is very fast-paced and there are high expectations, which makes it stressful.
