Pros

- You get to meet new people and make new friends -First dibs on good items (new season/sale) especially if you're there full-time, you get to see everything. -Discounts (?) on top of sale items -Good look on the CV as it's an international brand - you can raise chances of getting better opportunities in other places or even get into ZARA in another country (heard it's just bad in NZ but everywhere else is fine - so you take your pick) -Good diversity in staff coming from different backgrounds - culturally, and professionally.

Cons

- VERY low pay considering the amount of physical and mental stress. - Extremely appalling management in the NZ team. - You only get 25% discount after 3 months of working there. And you have to wait another 6 months to get "Christmas Benefits" -during the Christmas period. (though I know some people who didn't receive this even if they've been there for over 6 months. - Health and safety issues especially in the stockroom - Management is very unorganized and only tries to look pretty in front of HR or head of AUS and NZ. - Lack of growth in NZ (for now) as there's only one store- but still I think the top managers (SM, ASM, OPM) choose and pick favorites for those who they want to move up. - Lack of respect and gratitude towards staff members - Many more CONS than pros

Pros

The coworkers are the best. This is for the North Star location

Cons

Management. There is clearly favoritism. They don't want to help, they will yell at you and ask why aren't you moving fast enough. The GM doesn't do anything. Her only job is to "talk to the higher ups." She will yell at you if you speak Spanish and say English only. If you ever had an interview here some of you were judge by the way you looked. Quote from one of the managers "I didn't like the way they looked." Also, it's a problem when you talk to your coworkers when it slow.
