Pros

-Loved the people I worked with (dependent on location) -Uniform made it stress free when choosing an outfit -The fast paced environment forced me to become a very fast paced worker -Gained a lot of retail experience

Cons

-Management is terrible -Not considerate of employees -Awful discount (15%) -I started at a new store and the turn over rate was the highest I have ever seen. People would be hired for a week and quit two weeks into working there. -A lot more stress than it should be, if you are a closing cashier managers expect you to do everything for them. They don't train the managers on cash so they essentially have no idea what to do when there is a discrepancy. -Very large store which means closing and cleaning takes forever, especially when they're not enough employees on the floor

Pros

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Cons

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
