      I would say that people, then salary, but also career opportunities, and work and life blance are the biggest pluses of working in Zara

      Cons

      I would say that the fact that the job is not really mentaly challaging can couse that the job gets borring soon

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
