Pros

Coworkers are friendly and supportive. 25% staff discount.

Cons

If you're considering working at Zara New Zealand, think twice. The 25% staff discount is the only redeeming aspect of this job, and even that doesn't come close to making up for the nightmare of working here. The store manager is the root of the problem. She seems to take actual pleasure in making employees' lives miserable. She's rude, unprofessional, and exudes negativity daily. She harasses staff regularly, creating a toxic environment where people feel undervalued and demoralized. As a result, turnover is sky-high—most people don't last long in this job. That said, the coworkers are great. Everyone else is supportive and genuinely tries to make the best of a terrible situation. Unfortunately, their efforts are overshadowed by the toxic leadership. The store is constantly understaffed, leaving employees overworked and unsupported. The manager expects perfection but refuses to help. It's an exhausting and demoralizing experience that no staff discount can ever make worth it.

Pros

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Cons

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
