      Pros

      The sales team and operations were phenomenal with helping get product out and samples for me to place.

      Cons

      There is no formal training. The managers just throw you to see what you can do. Each department has subcategories that are not explained or broken down. Management does not communicate with each other, so there was a lot of confusion.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
