We understand the concern raised in the review. While there has been an instance where a woman’s employment ended after parental leave, we want to clarify that this was the result of a broader organizational restructuring, in which her specific role was eliminated. Unfortunately, despite careful consideration, we were unable to offer a suitable alternative position within the company. This decision was not related to her parental leave, but part of a bigger structural change across the whole company.
We remain firmly committed to supporting all employees, including those returning from parental leave, and to ensuring fair, respectful, and equitable treatment at every stage of employment.
