Management Presence:
We are sorry to hear that you had the impression that the management was not adequately involved. However, our management team is actively involved in both the execution of the strategic and the daily operations, and makes a concerted effort to engage with employees through regular meetings, feedback and Q&A sessions, and an open-door policy to ensure effective management and support.
Promotion Process:
We take great care in ensuring that promotions are based on skills, performance, and contributions. Promotions at Zattoo are based on merit, performance, and skills.
Company Policies:
Our policies play a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency and compliance. We understand that rules and policies can sometimes feel restrictive, so we are cautious about implementing them and strive to keep them to a minimum. However, necessary policies are in place to maintain a structured and supportive work environment. Our aim is to create a framework that helps both individuals and the company grow effectively and we constantly review them to ensure they align with our goals of continuous improvement.
