Starting off, the training program was one of the most comprehensive training I have ever been through--the skills I have learned just in the training have made working at Zeeblu invaluable. I have learned and/or improved my skills in everything from general sales skills, to soft skills, to technical marketing, and objection handling. Another Pro is that as a marketing consultant, you have the ability to create your own income, dependent on your work ethic. Aside from the compensation we have a great team of optimistic problem solvers who mesh well together.

Just speaking for the role of a marketing consultant, this isn't a role for someone who isn't willing to learn and work hard. I think While I think the training you will receive will sharpen anyone's overall sales skills, as a marketing consultant if you are not a self-starter this isn't the position for you.

This is the first place I've ever worked where everyone takes responsibility for their own actions. No blaming, no shaming. Also, they really live their values. One being "Take 100% responsibility." Another one is "Own your confidence." "Be fearless. Be humble." Great stuff, especially when you see people actually doing it--which we do.

Way too much to do! I like my job, but everyday I leave so much undone. It's my choice, not working later and earlier. These are the boundaries I gave myself: 8-5 M-F. And I always have so much more to do. But even if I worked 80 hour weeks, I still wouldn't get all the things done I see that need doing.
