Regarding loss of health benefits, since you are a current employee with these concerns, we encourage you to set up a meeting with a member of management to assess your employment status and receive further information on the criteria that affects you for benefit eligibility.
Regarding pay, Zelexa routinely conducts market research to ensure our compensation is comparable to competitors. To enhance our competitiveness, we introduced our 2024 Technician Raise Program at the beginning of this year, providing an opportunity for all technicians to receive a $1 raise every four months. In addition to this, we offer several opportunities for raises including higher education, RBT certification, QBS certification, and merit increases.
