      Friendly staff and loyal staff Lots of long-term employees who know the business best.

      Cons

      Management inconsistent In experienced people get the top jobs Bonus and pay is not based on talent but the lowest earner. The lowest earner must get to your level before you can get a decent raise.

      A lot of flexibility if needed Good Benefits

      Salary is very secretive and is frowned upon if talked about Not a lot of progression Senoir management is too focused on keeping revenue and customer gained secretive than investing in staff that keeps the company running day to day Too frequently adding last minute/urgent projects at the end of product releases with very tight deadlines which would end up affecting testing quality
