Pros
They have a lot of benefits. The office is open planned and encourages discussion. They're on it with lunch breaks. They maintain the building well.
Cons
If you want a stable job with progression, this is not the place to work. Upper management, while accessible, never answer questions and keep the processes of decisions veiled in secrecy. They have an emphasis on mental health care within the business but it is next to never followed through on. They have company ideals that are also rarely followed up on. There are a lot of broken promises all over the place. There is a thick vein of cooperate culture that runs through the whole company that is cold and doesn't care about the humans at the business.
