educational starter work - Paraprofessional Zen Educate Employee Review

It is incredible to work with a company where the employees genuinely care so deeply for the educators, schools, and children. It is clear that every decision Zen makes is made with the intent to better the education system. I am so excited and thankful to make a difference and have an opportunity to work directly with schools and educators in my community.

Zen is growing rapidly. With lots of new employees I am hoping there are still ample opportunities for growth within the company and internal promotions remain priority.

Having freedom to work when you want. Diversity great but on a small scale.

Pay does not match the environment of the Level of stress with kids who have severe behavior problems. Zen employees working with students on the severe side should be paid more. Zen employees within the schools are not treated well and if you are perfect or not sometimes Educators send false narratives to your employer to cover themselves and their actions. Zen is now a large company and has forgotten the little guy and how we put them first
