Work environment becomes dull at times. Less holidays. Salary and bonuses should reflect the amount of work done. Good experience overall.

Office location is okay Nothing significant beyond basic employment

Management quality is very poor. Projects are based on outdated strategies, almost 10 years old, with no modern practices. Managers do not communicate properly, avoid employee questions, and do not conduct regular meetings. Most communication happens on WhatsApp instead of professional channels. Office politics is very high, and only relatives or favored people are appreciated, while others’ hard work is ignored. There is no respect for employees or their contributions.
