      If you want to work without any growth.

      Cons

      You will not get any promotion. You will not get leave. You will not get performance based salary hike. You will not respect from Director or seniors.

      Fun to work with seniors. Good experience to work in all the departments, troubleshooting network related problems internally, visit client locations, communicate directly with the CEOs, etc

      Cons

      Work environment becomes dull at times. Less holidays. Salary and bonuses should reflect the amount of work done. Good experience overall.
