Inflexible scheduling, holidays, nights, and weekends are expected, schedule preferences usually ignored, high turnover, short staffed constantly, overworked, low pay for amount of responsibility the job entails, management was either extremely lax or extremely strict depending on who was on shift leading to confusion on what was and was not acceptable
