Pros
The people were really nice and the culture withing the office (contractor site) was great. Most people mind their own business and get their work done efficiently. Aside from low wages it was a great place to work.
Cons
They are competitively bidding for government contracts which means that pay for contractors is very low. They try hard to raise pay, but they are sleeping in the bed that they made.
