They insist on an exorbitant amount of data collection from instructors instead of using the clerical staff. Poor use of talent and losing the best ones like marbles. Overloading new irrelevant training programs to seasoned professionals. They are being sold flashy education programs that over-standardize and fail to deliver real-time solutions. The pay for full-time instructors is not enough to get or keep good enough talent.
