During my tenure at Zenith I got an opportunity to work on variety of technical requirements for multiple clients. Whatever I learnt at Zenith is helping me a lot as they made my recruitment base very strong. Flow of requirement at Zenith is pretty good which gives you experience to work on generic as well as Niche skills. They give you a good understanding of every requirement which helps while resume screening .They groomed me in a manner that I’m confident to face any challenges and all kind of pressure in the field of recruitment. They keep you busy with back to back requirements. You are expected to do a smart work by utilizing your strengths and at the same time can improve on your weak areas thru continuous learning process at Zenith.

Saturday – half day working

I worked with Zenith for more than 4years. The initial 4-5months were tough but things got on tracker after that. I learnt a lot. I am working with a different organisation now and I must admit I am doing well because of what I learnt at Zenith. There is pressure -no doubt, but if you are a true recruiter, you will understand, this is a part of our job. Zenith is the right place for the ones who want to make a career in recruitment but not for the ones who just want to pass time and work just for the sake. Never faced any delay in salary. Got incentives on time. Was never left alone to achieve the target, was always guided.

At times the work pressure is high.
