      No pros at all

      Cons

      The biggest con for this company is that they don't treat you as employees but as slaves they exploit you and always keeps u under pressure even if you are performing great they don't appreciate Force you work till late No leaves even if you fall sick Even if you late for 1 min they deduct your whole dat salary without any prior notice There pay employees in cheque that too bounce sometimes Management is too bad no support from the seniors they bully you No sence of motivation only pressure and exploitation Guys plz think twice before joining this consultancy

      No Pros, Only Cons, waste of time and energy, dont ever join this firm.

      Ruin Fresher Career, No Holidays even if you work for 2 Months continously, Timing - 8:30 to 7:30, very cheap people, slog their employees for 10-11 Hours, No proper mentoring, treat their employees like slaves

      Worse place to work , no work life balance

      Cons

      In-spite of the fact that they have good clients and there are lots of opportunities there but they have worse management , who never consider their employees as employees that will make sure that you work like a slave 24*7 * 365 days and you even don't have right to fall sick . They will make sure your life is miserable , but they just forget that employees are the asset to any organization if they are not treated well the company can not grow.
