1yThank you for sharing your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the time you’ve taken to provide this insight.
However, we note your comments about the leadership team and the company culture. The issues you’ve raised are taken very seriously, and we want to address them directly. As a company, we are in the midst of a significant transformation, aiming to grow from £10m to £100m. With this ambition comes the need for change, which we understand can be challenging and, at times, uncomfortable.
We’re committed to fostering an environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities for learning and growth, rather than blame. We understand that some aspects of the culture may have been impacted during this transition, but we are taking steps to rebuild and strengthen it. We’re investing in learning and development initiatives to improve communication and collaboration across all levels of the company.
