Fully remote work culture is a pro and con - can feel disjointed or lonely sometimes. But other than that it's great to have flexibility and freedom to work anywhere.

honestly not really that much; when i was there I wished that there were more team activities (like more out-of-work hangouts) but at the same time it was nice that we were all friends at work and had our own lives outside of work.
