Pros
Great product, Peaceful environment, Have freedom in task execution. Work life balance, flexible in leaves.
Cons
Since its a startup company, no standard process yet and lacks in planning when it comes to execution of projects and plans. Some folks are condescending, snobbish. Cant build up your desired career path, scopeless task. Poor people management, lack team building.
