      Pros

      Great product, Peaceful environment, Have freedom in task execution. Work life balance, flexible in leaves.

      Cons

      Since its a startup company, no standard process yet and lacks in planning when it comes to execution of projects and plans. Some folks are condescending, snobbish. Cant build up your desired career path, scopeless task. Poor people management, lack team building.

      Fully remote team full of hard-working individuals that really want to see the company succeed. Good amount of autonomy and ability to contribute to growth.

      Cons

      Remote work can be difficult at times for collaboration.

      Pros

      - open managers / bosses - can bring up problems and concerns - can ask anyone a question - great work environment - super friendly coworkers

      Cons

      honestly not really that much; when i was there I wished that there were more team activities (like more out-of-work hangouts) but at the same time it was nice that we were all friends at work and had our own lives outside of work.
