Call centre job masquerading as a sales roll, insulting salary and commission. Making calls for the sake of call count. Non existing training, poor and old technology. Ever changing staff. Snoop ware employee tracking. Beyond poor quality control, failed calls because pitch wasn't on script even though it was a successful sales call. Could go on. Absolutely zero incentive for staff, embarrassing bonus scheme which will be taken from final paycheck if you leave.
