Pros
- Interesting and unique projects with large clients. - Participation in design research. - Learn a lot about strategic frameworks/thinking. - Become comfortable working on ambiguous creative challenges.
Cons
- Branding projects are few and far between. Visual deliverables are not the priority. - Communication designers spend most time making decks + research stimuli. - Creative Directors are disorganized and often difficult to work with. - There is a big learning curve and it isn't the easiest place to grow as a Junior-Level Designer.
