We are always striving to improve and it's helpful for us to know where we are doing things right and where we could improve. Training is a hot topic and we want to do better.       If you need a job, you could get experience here before moving on.

      I'm writing this for candidates, as the company doesn't welcome feedback and is toxic. Do your due diligence. Look on LinkedIn at how many people have left the company. If something feels off, trust this. If you really need a job, get your experience, play their game and then get out. If you don't need a job, seriously consider somewhere else that isn't as toxic. Look at the other 1 star reviews. They are all true.
