Pros
Free Health Insurance is good. Free MacBook Pro for tech people. If you don't like your boss, he'll probably quit or be fired eventually, so keep your head up until then.
Cons
Management has no idea what its like to be a normal person at this company. For such a small company, they are completely oblivious to what is going on in their own organization. I had to leave, and I know lots of other people bave left as well since I left. Certainly the worst experience I have had in my career.
