      - They pay in USD - You get a medical aid benefit - They pay for NSSA - You work US hours which gives you flexibility - The facilities are good - You get transport home (if you need it)

      Cons

      - Pay is on the low side (after tax & deductions) - Clients can pull out any time, which compromises your job

      Pros

      ZimWorx has been outstandingly in a league of its own. They have no long-term contracts. The people they assign to me only work for me full time. They have great turn around time and excellence in their work.
