1.Poor politics in team.Team lead has no power to stand for right things. 2.Some of the employee having all excess regarding salary,leave,and other activities .In my opinion it should be managed by upper management ,HR & finance department.Some of them taken office as granted .they are doing what they want in office not maintaining office decoram. 3.some of employees are just flatters nd fill the ears.they only paid for this .

- Learn New Technologies - Opportunity to work with international client - Work timing is good, You can manage Both professional and personal life easily. - Opportunity to work on client side if required.

- Some time you have to work on holidays. - No hierarchy, and No any fix process of work. - Politics in local team.
