They are try to run a 5 day plant, 7 days a week. Personal life takes a hit from not be able to plan outside of work activities. They schedule you for 6-7 days a week on rotating shifts 1st,2nd and 3rd. This is very hard on the body of making these shift changes with no time out of Zinpro before going to next rotation. Also only allowing 3 people to schedule vacation makes life hard to have life outside of Zinpro. They also are dishonest in interviews about the weekend work.
