      Pros

      Amazing benefit package: $0 out of pocket for health care, $5K/year for child care expense, and more... Business results have been very strong recently. Bringing in excellent new people every day.

      Cons

      Growing Pains: Transitioning from a small family business to a truly global manufacturing company Technology: Global SAP transition will pay out in the long run, but will be painful in the short run.

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Profit sharing is awesome. Company benefits are second to none. Pay is average to a chemical operator.

      Cons

      They are try to run a 5 day plant, 7 days a week. Personal life takes a hit from not be able to plan outside of work activities. They schedule you for 6-7 days a week on rotating shifts 1st,2nd and 3rd. This is very hard on the body of making these shift changes with no time out of Zinpro before going to next rotation. Also only allowing 3 people to schedule vacation makes life hard to have life outside of Zinpro. They also are dishonest in interviews about the weekend work.

      Pros

      Great pay, insurance and retirement. This job will open doors so you can work as a process technician anywhere.

      Cons

      Rotating first, second and third shift due to only working 8hrs per day. Quality of life outside of work suffers greatly from all of the mandatory overtime you are required to work.
