Autonomy and Flexibility. You can try something out of the box as no one blames you. The culture is no one blames and no one takes responsibility. This is a double-edged sword. If you’re someone who eventually sort out the mess, you’ll hate the culture. Otherwise, you will enjoy the culture.
Cons
I have been this company long enough to truly understand how it is like. As other fintechs are used to, this company had very clever people before. Now, it is 20% vs 80% between clever people vs people who want to make this company like an government, looking for an opportunity to position themselves. To be honest many clever guys already left.
