      Dynamic & Engaging Work: The environment is fast-paced, highly interesting, and constantly offers new, exciting challenges that keep you motivated. Transparent & Flat Hierarchy: Management is incredibly open, and communication is consistently clear. The GET (Global Executive Team) is highly accessible, meaning the culture feels genuinely non-hierarchical. Forward-Thinking Technology: Zip does an excellent job of integrating AI inside the business. It’s a very forward-thinking approach that sets us up for success. Great People & Culture: There is a fantastic "work hard, play hard" attitude here. Additionally, the HR team is excellent and highly supportive.

      Competing Priorities: Because the business moves so fast, there are constantly competing priorities. Pivoting Friction: With so many fast-moving parts, it can sometimes be difficult for teams to pivot as quickly or smoothly as needed.
