Zipi offers all of this! I joined Zipi in 2020 after years of working in the personal/corporate finance sector, with companies both large and medium-sized. I immediately recognized what sets this company apart - valuing its employees and clients alike, with a passion to positively disrupt the real estate industry. Zipi’s mission, vision and values (www.zipi.app/company) are what inspired me to join this organization and are qualities that I’ve experienced first-hand in my role. Overall, it has been a great experience working with a Team that promotes positivity and appreciates you, your hard work, and your talents.

No cons for this Company

I began working for Zipi earlier this year when I made the jump from the hospitality industry. Learning an entirely new platform and industry has had its challenges; however, each and every person I have encountered at Zipi has made it a completely smooth transition for me. Being a fully remote based company, the company culture is amazing and I feel a lot of the time that it's no different from working with people in the office since we are constantly on video calls with each other. Our CEO makes everyone feel like their ideas are acknowledged and appreciated and supports a healthy work-life balance. Most importantly, our leadership supports us in anyway they can which is invaluable to me. I couldn't say enough great things about working for Zipi!
