Pros
The best part of ZippyPaws were the few co-workers I was able to meet and connect with.
Cons
- Poor upper management, I was never in communication with my department manager in regards to vision and scheduling for all projects. - There were never any clear expectations or standards expected of me, I was often told to operate one way and then a different way multiple times. Management didn’t know what they wanted. - All-around an unhealthy work environment. I didn’t feel trusted or cared for as an employee and never felt safe voicing my concerns to management because I always felt it would be used against me.
