There are no cons for this company

None that I can think of.. ok maybe hybrid work week, no weekends, and an occasional lunch

No HR and refusal to get one Underpaid, under appreciated, under staffed, and underwhelming. Be careful in what they call a “safe space” because they will conspire behind your back and some upper management will take any opportunity to step on you to get ahead. Lots of lie, rumors, and gossip flowing around, quietly, constantly.
