      Pros

      Get leads automatically, sometimes too many,from the system! Very friendly colleagues and Managers and staffs! All the colleagues all very happy to help!

      Cons

      Most of the leads turns out, they are just wasting your time and energy and gas by showing them so many rental properties, then they end up going with their family/friends Agent! Gross Managers are very busy and have too many Agents under them and don’t have time to properly train you!

      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

      Cons

      Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
