1. Middle and senior management has extremely myopic view of business. 2. Too much work load,and most of these work don't see light of the day,it's there to keep you engaged. 3. Sales people has their salaries withheld if they don't achieve target. 4. They will start some initiative,and then suddenly close it and ask you to resign. 5. Mid management is extremely incapable. 6. Founders would ask the middle managers to do their dirty work of firing people,and feign ignorance, as if they know nothing. 7. HR policies are extremely employee exploitative,e.g. if you resign,you need to give 2 months notice,but if they fire you,they will give 15 days notice. They will tell you during interview that you will get alternate Saturday off,but after joining,they would say typically all of us work on all Saturdays,so you will have to work too. HR are just puppets of the middle managers.
