      Pros

      Great benefits and people seem great to start off.

      Cons

      No formal training department, lack of formal management training, and very poor communication from management. Very quick to treat employees poorly and reprimand based on poor training by management. Employee turnaround was the highest I had ever seen anywhere I had worked and I understand why now.

      Pros

      The process was clear, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish. Interviewers were warm and curious - not just assessing skills, but genuinely getting to know me. I could feel Zone's values come through in every conversation: momentum, teamwork, and a real drive to make an impact. Onboarding was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I spoke with showed deep respect and trust in each other, from the executive level down.

      Honestly, none - the experience exceeded expectations.

      Remote work with flexible PTO were the only pros

      Cons

      Company does not care to establish any sort of culture. Everyone is siloed. Turnover rate is incredibly high, new hires don’t stay long at all. Leadership is invisible and far from motivating. HR is a joke.
