Pros

Remote work with flexible PTO were the only pros

Cons

Company does not care to establish any sort of culture. Everyone is siloed. Turnover rate is incredibly high, new hires don’t stay long at all. Leadership is invisible and far from motivating. HR is a joke.

• Talented peers who genuinely want to build something great • Interesting products and ambitious goals • Remote flexibility and solid individual contributors

Cons

• Leadership egos constantly get in the way of getting things done • Decisions often driven by personal agendas, not strategy or collaboration • High turnover, especially in key roles that need stability and trust • Lack of empowerment — people are hired for expertise but rarely allowed to use it • Poor communication and shifting priorities make it hard to feel effective
