      Easy work Co-workers Reverse Commute if you live anywhere north of Federal Way or on the Eastside

      Cons

      Location is in a small town, so no real chance to compare against other companies. Top down management. Too many VPs and lack of investment in critical support staff. Salary is low since this is an IT reseller

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
